He began learning the piano at the age of seven and went on to learn the double bass at the Scuola Civica di Musica in Milan with P. Rizzi, graduating in 2017 with honours. He is currently attending a grade II academic diploma course at the Turin conservatory under the guidance of D. Botto. He has also completed the two-year pre-academic course for Composition and Introduction to Conducting. He has trained with famous musicians such as J. Bradetich, W. Grimmer, G. Siragusa, T. Cobb, T. Martin, S. Sciancalepore, C. Rotaru and W. De Boevé. He plays in a number of orchestras and ensembles including the Teatro Regio philharmonic orchestra in Turin, the Teatro Comunale philharmonic orchestra in Bologna, the “B. Bruni” orchestra in Cuneo, LaFil in Milan, the Camerata Ducale orchestra in Vercelli, the MDI ensemble, the Complesso Barocco Divina Armonia, the Woody Gipsy Band, the Innesco Trio and the Barricate Misteriose. In 2017/2018 he took the “Professione Orchestra” specialised courses held by the RAI National Symphony Orchestra in Turin and "Obiettivo Orchestra" held by the Teatro Regio philharmonic in Turin, passing the final audition in first place. In 2018 he won first prize in the “Premio Nazionale delle Arti” for the double bass section.
