Since 1999 he has played first solo violin in the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia orchestra in which he has also played in most famous concert halls under the direction of the most famous conductors Born in Milan, he graduated from the Milan Conservatory and went on to win the “Premier Prix de Virtuositè” at the Geneva Conservatory. He has played first solo violin in the Stradivarius Orchestra founded and directed by maestro Daniele Gatti. He has played lead violin with all the principle Italian orchestras. He has played first violin in the “G. Chigi” quartet, the official ensemble of the Accademia Chigiana in Siena. In chamber music he has played with great musicians like Sawallisch, Lonquich, Chung, Pappano, Galliano, Kavakos, Lang Lang and Martha Argerich. With the Accademia di S. Cecilia orchestra he has played the Double Concerto by Brahms, the Sinfonia Concertante by Haydn conducted by maestro Pappano and the Triple Concerto by Beethoven with A. Lonquich. He plays a 1651 Nicola Amati violin loaned by the “Pro Canale” Foundation. He is an academic member of the Santa Cecilia.
